These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") govern your access to and use of the fg222 online betting and gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, and mobile-browser interfaces accessible at fg222.bio (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by fg222 and is directed at adult players in Bangladesh aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

fg222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform interface or by notification to the registered mobile number. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request account closure.

Access to the fg222 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of your account's activity.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently in effect on the Platform.
• You are using the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are depositing and wagering with funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means.

fg222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate confirming date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction and may result in account closure. fg222 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred by an ineligible person who has accessed the Platform in breach of these Terms.

To access the betting and gaming services offered by fg222, you must register a player account. Registration is completed via the fg222 Login page using your active Bangladesh mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered number via SMS to verify your identity. You must ensure that the mobile number you provide is one that you actively use and have sole control over; registration using another person's mobile number is prohibited.

Each individual is permitted to hold one player account on the fg222 Platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account per individual, whether using different mobile numbers, names, or any other identifying details.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your registered account.
• Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Registering an account if you have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.

fg222 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with its commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identification documents at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or at any time fg222 deems necessary to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. fg222 will process KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. fg222 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit unless imposed by your mobile money provider or bank. Deposits are credited to your Platform balance upon confirmation from the payment network and are generally processed instantly.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your fg222 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must occur prior to withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• fg222 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at fg222's sole discretion.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.

fg222 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own service charges, which are outside fg222's control. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and fg222 is not liable for any currency conversion charges that may be applied by your financial institution.

fg222 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of the wagering requirement.
• fg222 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed. Once claimed, the applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to complete wagering requirements artificially, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• fg222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will be informed of any ongoing promotions via the Platform interface.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer will be allocated to specified games only and will expire if not used within the stated validity window. Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the same wagering requirement conditions as other bonus types.

All games available on the fg222 Platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fish shooting — are governed by individual game rules which are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. fg222 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the fg222 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with games or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a malfunction are void.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes in sports betting, poker, or any other game where player interaction affects results.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available at the time the wager is placed.

fg222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Upon account closure, the following will apply:

• Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied the wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to identity verification.
• Accounts closed due to verified fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or material breach of these Terms will have all balances (including real-money deposits) forfeited.
• Players may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days.
• Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not re-register a new account during the self-exclusion period. Any such account will be closed upon detection and associated balances forfeited.

fg222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its player community. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. fg222 provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time controls: players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out, encouraging regular breaks.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of fg222. Unauthorised use of any fg222 intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg222 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if fg222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, fg222 shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical maintenance, network outage, third-party provider failure, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond fg222's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to an account.
• Losses incurred as a result of the player's own gambling decisions, including decisions made under the influence of incomplete understanding of game rules or promotional terms.

fg222 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible via the fg222.bio Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Where a revision is material — meaning it significantly alters your rights or obligations under these Terms — fg222 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform interface or via SMS notification to the registered mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which fg222 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and fg222, you are encouraged to contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. fg222 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedural rules. Nothing in this clause limits fg222's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
